Touchstone Institute relies on professional, well-trained, and conscientious support staff to ensure that exams run smoothly and examinees are provided with a positive experience. Roles vary depending on the unique needs of each examination.
All support staff are trained in their specific roles and oriented to the overall operation of a practical exam. Key responsibilities include setting up and monitoring clinical stations, invigilating written examinations and supervising examinees during sequestering periods.
Support staff are also required to become familiar with the facility layout, so they can confidently direct examinees and examiners and quickly respond to any issues that may arise.
