Despite challenges we endured last year, having to adapt to working remotely and in-person assessments/programs being cancelled, there is still reason to celebrate. Thanks to the commitment of staff and the support of the Board, five “future-proofing” goals were achieved that fundamentally change how we deliver our services. Touchstone Institute’s Annual Report has now been published.
