The Communication through Simulation Program is a program that Touchstone Institute designed based on the 360⁰ View of Communicative Competence at Work framework, a Competency Framework for Intercultural Communication in the Workplace. This experiential learning program targets professional communication skills for the workplace in a healthcare setting. Two successful in-person pilots were administered in early 2020 where 100% of participants indicated that they would recommend the program to a peer.
Due to the pandemic, the team is adapting the program to be delivered remotely and will be piloting the virtual program March 8-12, 2021. We will be looking for participants for our ‘Pilot 2.0’ that will take place online March 8-12, 2021.
