Touchstone Institute is proud to have published Examining Rater Performance on the CELBAN Speaking: A Many-Facets Rasch Measurement Analysis, in the Canadian Journal of Applied Linguistics. The publication was a collaboration with Professor Liying Cheng and Peiyu Wang from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
