Katya Masnyk is the former CEO of the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators – the federation of Canadian physiotherapy regulators that administers the Physiotherapy Competency Exam, credentials internationally educated physiotherapists, and supports member regulators through policy work. Previously, Katya held leadership positions at the Cancer Quality Council of Ontario, the Ontario Health Quality Council, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. She is committed to regulatory excellence, system transparency and public reporting on performance.
Katya completed a BA in Psychology and a Master’s of Health Sciences from the Johns Hopkins University. She is a self-proclaimed policy wonk who loves making her home in Toronto.
