The Communication through Simulation development team is recruiting internationally educated health professionals who would like to participate in our February 2020 pilot program. Funded by the Government of Ontario, this curriculum development project leverages the 360° Framework for Intercultural Communication in the Workplace to offer simulation-based programming that focuses on communication challenges authentic to the Ontario healthcare context.
